LEMAN Troubleshooting
Tracker doesn't turn on
- Fully charge the battery of your tracker: How to charge the LEMAN RemoteID
- If it still doesn't work, contact us at support@involi.com
Tracker is on but not visible on Open Drone ID (or similar) apps
- Check if the option "Wifi NaN supported" is enabled in the Open Drone ID app when you click on the three dots top right
- Check if the Smartphone you are using is included in this list - if it is not, your Smartphone is not suited for the reception of Remote ID broadcast messages.
SIM in the tracker, but it does not reply to the configuration SMS
- Check if the SIM Card is installed correctly according to this article (specifically, check if the connectors are facing down): Install a SIM Card
- If you don't have removed the PIN at reboot from the SIM Card installed in the tracker, do it by following this procedure: How to activate your SIM Card
