DRONE REMOTE IDENTIFICATION FOLLOWING ASTM F3411-19 STANDARDS: US AND FAA ALIGNED COUNTRIES
Following FAA Final Rule for Remote ID of UAV , all drones in flight must be compliant with the ASTM F3411-19 standard and broadcast identification and location information that can be received by other parties.
As per the law, all drone operators need, or will need, to equip their non-compliant drones with modules providing remote identification broadcast capabilities.
Drone operators will be able to duly conduct their operations into the National Airspace System (NAS) administered by the FAA in the United States. All other countries aligned with the FAA and having implemented the ASTM F3411-19 standard will be able to ensure a safe and secure integration of drones into their respective airspace.
